If you are looking for an opportunity to help make a difference in the lives of youth and their families, Twin Oaks could be the place for you! We are always looking for motivated individuals with the ability to model and teach pro-social behaviors to youth trying to find their way through difficult situations. Whether you serve as an administrator, support staff, or provide direct supervision of the youth in our care, every staff member has an influence.
congratulations
TRACEY BOONE
2021 employee of the year
Tracey has been at the JUST facility for nine years and has become a vital part of the day to day operations. Tracey does so much but doesn’t ask for anything in return, as evident by her constant giving and doing for youth and staff. Tracey cooks, cleans, and counsels all while performing her duties as shift supervisor. Many thanks to Mrs. Boone for everything she does. Her creative ideas are always welcomed with such excitement from the whole team. We can not express enough how big of an asset to the JUST program Tracey is and our youth and staff appreciate her daily.
